The gentlemen (and rakes) of the Blackwood family have a long history of getting themselves into trouble. Then, when Peter Blackwood's sister Sarah married into the Archer family, that lineage seemed to become a magnet for trouble and adventures, too. Trouble, derring-do, and adventure are proud family traditions that carry on to the modern day.
